All returns and replacements are only valid for unused, original-condition items.

For order changes within 7 days:

• Specify the changes.
• We’ll process your request.

For full or partial returns within 7 days:

• Contact customer service.
• Indicate the items to be returned.
• Return items to the nearest shipping branch.
• We’ll contact you for refund options.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Approved returns can be refunded as:

• A coupon for future purchases (valid for one year).
• A cash transfer to your account (provide your account number).
